Was it difficult to control the lights?

-YES! It was very hard for me to the control the lighting. The lights didn't seem to want to work when ever we went into take photos. It was hard to get the light in the right shot to make the make and the background look good.

How did you change the lighting set up?

-I put the snoot behind Kristina's head a few times. I also moved all the lights to one side a lot. It was fun playing with different color screens, to put on the lights.

How did you edit your images, what tools did you used?

-I used camera raw filter. It has a lot of option to edit the photo and it allows me to adjust things very little.

If you were to do the assignment again how would you approach it differently?

-I wish i could have Mr. Vincent set the light up because the light  was always so good when he took the photos. I also wish that I had more time to understand the lights and just keep playing with them because this was easy one of my favorite assignments.

Floating

How did you create your image?

-We had to put the Camera on a tripod, to keep the camera from moving. We then took two photos, one with the person in the photos and then one with out.

What Photoshop tools did you use?

-We then had to put the photos onto of each other in photoshop. You had to put the photo with no person on the bottom. Then you erase whatever the person was standing/siting on, you had to color in the shadow so you turned the opacity down on the coloring tool to make it look realistic.

Is the image successful in creating the illusion of floating?

-I do believe my image was very successful in making it look like Rachel is floating.

Is there a shadow to help create the illusion?

-I did make a shadow, I put the original picture next to the one was editing, to make the shadow look as much like the original as possible.

How Might you have approached the assignment differently if you were to do it again?

-I kind of wish Idid it out side, because the background is very boring . I also with that the photo was more focused on her face, because right now it more focused on the back ground.
