Amelia and I both Mountain Campus Alumni decided to do a News story on the Mountain Campus Watershed expedition. Amelia came up with the idea of doing the Watershed News story, and I was asked to join and jumped at the opportunity to go up to the MC. When we first went up the weather was not the best so getting good b roll was a challenge, but we did get some good b roll. And when we went to film the interviews of the student, it was hard to find a quiet space because the whole building is very open, so you can hear everything from everyone. So we were kind of in a tight little nook, and the lighting wasn't the best. The camera we were using was also having a hard time during the interview, for some reason it kept focusing. So in the interview, you can hear and see the camera focusing which is annoying. Overall I think we did a good job with our first news story, I know it is a little rough, but we are only going to get better from here.
